DORITO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground round steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. Pet (evaporated) milk
1 can Enchilada sauce
1 jalapeno pepper chopped (optional)
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. bag Doritos
1 med. onion

Brown ground round and onion and mix soups, milk, enchilada sauce, jalapeno pepper into meat and onion. Put 1/2 of Doritos in bottom of greased casserole (9 x 13 or 2 quart) and pour mixture over Doritos. Put other 1/2 of Doritos on top of this and top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
