STUFFING STUFFED JALAPENOS 
fresh jalapenos
bacon
toothpicks

Cut the stem end off the jalapenos. Using an apple corer, remove the seeds. Take some of the dressing you're fixing for the turkey and stuff it down into the peppers.

Put a third of a slice of bacon over the top and secure it with a toothpick.

Place in a Chile Grill or similar pepper cooker and put in the oven at 350°F for 45 minutes or so (the longer you cook them the milder they get). Or take them out to the grill and cook until the bacon is done.
