BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 small sweet onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients except the crumbs and pour into a well buttered baking dish. Sprinkle crumbs over top.

Bake in a 350°F oven for approximately 30 minutes.
