CHICKEN AND POTATOES 
Salt
Black pepper
Chicken parts
Parsley
Garlic, minced
1/3 to 1/2 c. oil (olive oil optional)
1/2 c. water
Potatoes, wedge slices
Onion, sliced
Oregano
Parmesan cheese

Pour the oil and water into frying pan. In a large bowl place chicken, salt, cheese, black pepper, parsley, garlic and coat chicken with seasonings by mixing together. Put chicken with seasoning in fry pan, cover and simmer 1/2 hour. Again, place potatoes in a bowl and season to taste with the above ingredients. Mix and add to the chicken for 1/2 hour or until potatoes are cooked. Add more oil and water as needed. Baste chicken and potatoes with the juices and brown at 400 degrees until potatoes are browned.

Old family recipe without measurements. Season to own personal taste.
