MEO'S CHICKEN CHOW MEIN SAIGON 
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. MSG
4 pkg. Ramen (2 chicken, 2 Oriental)
4 green onions
1 tsp. oil
1 clove garlic
1 lb. chicken, boneless, cut into bite-size pieces
1 head cabbage

Combine first 6 ingredients in small mixing bowl. Add chicken, marinate 20 minutes.

Cook Ramen noodles in boiling water 3 minutes. Reserve seasoning packet. Remove from heat. Set aside in colander.

In Dutch oven, heat oil and garlic. Stir fry chicken mixture until done. Remove chicken back to mixing bowl. Reserve essence in Dutch oven. Add cabbage, green onions, Ramen seasoning to essence. Stir fry to desired consistency. Add chicken to cabbage. Cook until heated through. Enjoy!
