CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE 
Wonderful Thanksgiving dessert served with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream!

In a bowl or mixer add:

1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 pint whipping cream, unwhipped
6 whole eggs, beaten
1 pint half and half

Then add:

2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp salt

Blend thoroughly. Pour into two (9-inch) unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350°F until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
