MELISSA'S GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French style green beans, drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
1 sm. carton sour cream

Mix together. Pour in 2-quart casserole. Top with chopped green onions. Crush 1 stick of Ritz crackers and cover top of casserole. Drizzle 1 stick melted butter over crackers and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
