1 box fudge marble cake mix
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cake mix and baking soda. Add eggs, buttermilk, food coloring and vanilla. Blend on low until moistened. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool before icing.

Icing:

1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix until creamy and ice cake.
