CORN SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. milk
2 (17 oz.) cans cream style corn
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
Buttered cracker crumbs

Break sausages up. Cook until brown. Remove meat from skillet. Cook onions and pepper in sausage drippings until browned. Remove from heat, drain off grease. Pour milk in skillet, loosen browned particles from skillet, add corn, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into buttered casserole, cover with bread crumbs. Bake in 375 degree oven until brown, about 30 minutes.
