1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 or 2 tbsp. Heinz steak sauce
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 clove garlic, run through garlic press
Few drops Tabasco sauce

Mold in ball and put in covered dish and put pecans on top of cheese ball. Sprinkle paprika on top. Take out of refrigerator several hours before serving.
