STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 center cut chops
6 slices bread
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. bell peppers
Salt and pepper
1 stick butter

Wash chops and cut a 1 inch pocket into the chop. Saute in butter mixture. Stuff in pockets of chops. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. May serve with wild rice.
