SPINACH FANDANGO 
2 lb. ground round steak
1 c. mushrooms (lg. can)
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. oregano
Mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 can celery soup
1 sm. carton sour cream

Brown meat, salt and pepper to taste. Add mushrooms and garlic (cut up fine). Add unthawed spinach and cook until mixable. Mix the celery soup and sour cream in the hot ingredients and place in a baking dish. Cover with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. One of my family's favorites.
