PICKLE PIES 
4 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. light cream
11 oz. sweet pickles (ground)
2 c. sugar
1/8 c. soft butter
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in pie shell at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

PIE CRUST:

1 1/3 c. lard
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
6 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix and roll out as any pie crust. Makes 2.
