1 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. very hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together. Grease 8x8 inch pan and flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Mix 2 batches if doubling recipe. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1/2 box powdered sugar
1/2 cube butter
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Keep in refrigerator.
