BEEF POTATO LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. instant potato flakes
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix the ground beef, potato flakes, onion, salt, 1/2 teaspoon mustard and milk thoroughly; shape into a loaf. Place in a loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree over for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Mix the catsup, remaining mustard and brown sugar. Remove the loaf from oven and spoon catsup mixture over top. Return to oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
