CHOCOLATE CHIP BUNDT CAKE | |
1 box dark chocolate cake mix 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. sour cream 12 oz. chocolate chips 1 pkg. chocolate pudding 1/2 c. warm water 4 eggs 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour a bundt pan. 2. Mix all ingredients except eggs and chocolate chips. 3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in chocolate chips. 4. Bake for 1 hour and cool 10 minutes. Unmold onto a wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve with whipped cream. Do not refrigerate. Serves 10 to 12. |
