SPINACH WRAPS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. bacon

Drain spinach after is has defrosted. Combine all ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls. Wrap with 1/2 strip bacon and spear with toothpick. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.

Note: Can be made ahead of time frozen, and then baked when needed.
