CANADIAN BANANA BREAD 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 lg. ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. wheat flour or white flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugar and butter. Add vanilla and mashed bananas, then eggs. Sift all dry ingredients together, add to creamed mixture with nuts. Pour into pans and bake one hour at 325 to 350 degrees.
