1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar

Melt butter in pan. Add chips and remove from the heat. Add vanilla and eggs. Beat well to mix eggs. Add powdered sugar and beat well again. Pour into a pan already buttered.
