2 sticks butter
4 c. sugar
1 c. skim milk

Bring to boil.

Then add:

25 marshmallows

Bring to boil again. Turn off heat and then add:

1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
2 (7 oz.) Hershey bars (big ones)
1 c. nuts (optional)

Stir until all chocolate is mixed. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch cake pan and refrigerate.
