MOTHER'S CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 heaping tbsp. flour
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
5 eggs
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla and almond flavoring

Mix all dry ingredients. Beat egg yolks and add milk. Add dry ingredients gradually to avoid lumps. Add butter and cook until thickened. Add vanilla and almond. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1 tablespoon sugar to each egg white. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour pie mixture into baked shells and add topping. Brown in 350 degree oven.
