CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken (boiled and deboned)
Chicken broth
8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Ritz crackers (crushed)
Butter

Boil and debone 1 chicken. Boil 8 ounce package egg noodles in broth.

Add 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 (8 ounce) sour cream.

Mix all ingredients together. Put into greased casserole dish. Place crushed Ritz crackers on top. Dot with butter. Delicious.
