CRAB & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 oz. crabmeat
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Defrost and drain crabmeat. Cook broccoli. Put broccoli in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over broccoli. Melt butter in saucepan. Saute onions in butter. Stir in flour, curry powder and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over a (low flame until it thickens). Stir in lemon juice. Add crabmeat. Pour over broccoli. Mix butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the crab mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
