MY GRANDMA'S SUNDAY CHICKEN 
1 med. diced tomato
1 or 2 cloves garlic
4 or 5 cut up basil leaves
Salt to taste
1 cut up chicken

Brown cut up chicken in a little olive oil. Add garlic, brown. Add cut up tomato with a little water. Continue cooking with cover slightly ajar. Add a little water as needed to make a little gravy. Add basil leaves. Cook about 1 hour.
