CHOCOLATE FUDGE PUDDING 
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. & 2 tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. hot water

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa (2 tablespoons), baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Add nuts; stir in milk, oil and vanilla. Spread into greased 8 inch square pan. Mix brown sugar, cocoa (1/4 cup), salt and hot water.

Pour over unbaked batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. As pudding bakes, the batter rises through rich chocolate sauce. Serve warm or cold with ice cream. Makes 6-8 servings.
