BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 tbsp. chopped onion
4 slices Swiss cheese and 1 slice for top
3/4 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Dash of Worcestershire sauce and oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Croutons or buttered crumbs for top

Cook broccoli with salt, oregano in minimum water until done. Drain and reserve 1 tablespoon liquid. Add soup, Swiss cheese (in pieces), Parmesan, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Heat until cheese melts (stirring with fork). Put in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Put slice Swiss cheese on top and seasoned croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Note: Much better if made in morning, stored in refrigerator and heated at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
