RED-HOT CHILI 
1 can red hot chili beans
2 cans sliced tomatoes
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 lg. onion, diced
2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained
Tomato juice
Red hot chili powder
Salt
Pepper
2 dashes Tabasco sauce

Brown and drain hamburger and onion. Set aside. In large soup pot combine tomatoes, beans, mushrooms and spices. Add hamburger mixture to pot. Add chili powder to taste and tomato juice to thin and make soupy. Cook on medium high heat until mixture begins to thicken, about 45 minutes.
