CHEESE BALL 
1 lb. of cream cheese
6 oz. Roquefort cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
Ground walnuts

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Roll into ball and then roll in ground walnuts. Chill 2 to 4 hours. (Store in wrapping with plastic wrap, rather than aluminum). Decorate with holly or parsley.
