CHEESE FILLED PEARS 
1 (29 oz.) can pear halves
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. vanilla wafer or graham cracker crust

Drain pears reserving juice, set aside. Combine cream cheese and honey; beat until blended. Fill pear halves with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Add reserved juice. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
