PARMESAN CHICKEN BAKE 
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper, salt-free
1/8 tsp. thyme
3 chicken breasts, split & skinned (6 halves)
3 tbsp. melted vegetable butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning in shallow dish. Dip chicken in crumb mixture, coat both sides. Melt butter in baking dish in oven. Add chicken, turning to coat both sides with butter. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Serves 6. Protein - 14 g; sodium 61 mg; fat 7 g; carbohydrates 3 g; cholesterol 33 mg; calories 130.
