PARMESAN BAKED CHICKEN 
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. each paprika & garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 frying chicken (3-3 1/2 lb.) cut into pieces
4 tbsp. butter, melted

In a shallow pan, combine bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Arrange, skin side up, without touching, in a lightly greased baking pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until meat near thighbone is no longer pink when slashed. Makes 4 servings.
