FRIED GREEN TOMATOES 
4 large green tomatoes
pinch of salt and pepper
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cooking oil

Wash and dry tomatoes. Then slice them up. Mix salt, pepper and flour. Coat tomato slices in flour mixture and put in hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Drain.
