1/4 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows (about 40 reg. or 4 c. miniature marshmallows)
5 c. Rice Krispies cereal

Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Cook over low heat 3 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13x9x2" pan. Cut into squares when cool.
