QUICK CHILI BEANS 
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
2 lbs. ground chuck (hamburger)
1 chopped onion
1 sm. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans (drained)
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans (washed and drained)
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
2 c. water

In skillet add hamburger, onion, green pepper, salt. Brown lightly; stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

In large kettle, put hamburger mixture and add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat approximately 1/2 hour or until kidney beans are tender and broth has cooked down.
