MILLION DOLLAR POTATOES 
6 med. baking potatoes
Vegetable oil
1/2 c. softened butter
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Wash potatoes and rub with oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Mash pulp. Stir in all other ingredients. Stuff shells with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (Can be frozen after shells are stuffed.)
