CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
2 sm. cans green chilies
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Slice chilies. Layer chilies and cheese in 8 x 10 inch casserole. Beat eggs, flour, salt and milk together. Pour over top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
