CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
4 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilies
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese in 1/4 inch strips inside each chili

5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
Dash of black pepper

top with 4 cups grated Longhorn cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. This may be increased as many times as needed.
