CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
2 c. diced onion
1 pt. sour cream
6 eggs

Grease casserole dish. Put 1/2 of each kind of cheese in bottom. Spread chilies and onions on top. Add the remaining cheeses. Beat the sour cream and eggs together. Pour over cheese, onions and chilies. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes until firm and brown.
