HUNGARIAN DUMPLING SOUP | |
2 c. sifted flour 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. butter 3/4 c. milk Sift all dry ingredients together. Cut butter into flour mixture with pastry cutter or fork. Add milk to make a stiff batter. Add to boiling chicken broth by 1/2 teaspoon. Allow to cook 25 minutes or until firm. |
