1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream (Cool Whip)

Beat eggs. Add juices and sugar. Cook in double boiler, stirring, until thickened. Cool. Fold in whipped cream just before serving.
