2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
2 heaping tablespoons cocoa
5 extra large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 20 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam.

FROSTING:

1 stick melted butter
1 lb. box powdered sugar
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
Small amount milk
Nuts
Vanilla
