RHUBARB BUTTER CRUNCH 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
4 c. rhubarb, chopped

Combine all above ingredients and place in baking dish.

1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. butter, at room temperature

Combine sugar, flour and oats. Cut butter into mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Pour over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rhubarb is done.
