SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream 32 oz. pkg. hash brown frozen potatoes with peppers
1 stick butter
2 c. corn flakes (before crushing)

Thaw potatoes. Mix in soup, sour cream, 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed. Put in Pyrex baking dish (9"x12"). Then put balance of corn flakes (crushed) and 1/2 stick of melted butter on top. Bake 1/2 hour, uncovered at 350 degrees.
