GRANDMA'S LEMON SPONGE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon

Scald the milk and pour over the sugar, flour, butter mixture. Beat 3 egg yolks and add, also lemon juice. Beat the 3 egg whites and fold into above mixture. Pour into a crust and bake at 375 degrees.
