GALA CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. Green Giant frozen long grain & wild rice
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook rice according to package. Brown ground beef in skillet. Add onion and celery, saute lightly. Drain off excess fat. Turn rice into a 2 1/2 quart casserole; fluff with a fork. Stir in meat and remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
