GLAZED PECANS 
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. pecan halves

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Continue beating and gradually add vanilla and brown sugar. Fold in pecans. Place pecan halves (well coated in mixture) on lightly greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.

Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven for an additional 30 minutes. Store in airtight container.
