DUMPLINGS 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk and melted butter with dry ingredients to make stiff batter. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling liquid. Boil with pot lid closed for 15 minutes.
