SOUR CREAM BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. blueberries

Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten eggs, salt, baking soda and sour cream. Then mix in flour. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon in greased muffin cups or use paper liners. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. (Makes 2 1/2 dozen.)
