CINNAMON STREUSEL CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. sugar

STREUSEL MIX:

2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. cinnamon

GLAZE:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix cake as usual. Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle streusel mix over this. Then pour rest of batter over streusel mix. Take a knife and swirl through the batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. When cool combine powdered sugar and lemon juice spread over cake.
