EGG AND BACON APPETIZERS 
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 bacon slices, fried & crumbled
6 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
Party rye bread
Paprika

Early in the Day: In medium bowl stir mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper until mixed. Stir in bacon and eggs. Cover and refrigerate.

To Serve: Spread mixture on rye bread. Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 2 cups spread, enough for about 30 appetizers.
